Product details, images, prices and calculator results are provided to help you plan an enquiry. Unless we confirm otherwise in writing, an online estimate is indicative and is not a final offer or an order confirmation.

The current minimum order is 50 kg. Final product availability, ingredients, packaging, branding, pricing, taxes, delivery charges and timing are confirmed by our team for each enquiry.

Submitting a form or opening a WhatsApp or email message does not by itself place or confirm an order. An order is confirmed only after you and our team agree the order details and receive written confirmation, such as a final quotation or invoice.

Payment method, amount and due date will be stated in the confirmed order documents. Do not treat a draft estimate on this website as a payment request.

If you provide a name, logo or other artwork, you confirm that you are allowed to use it for the requested packaging. You allow us to use those materials only as needed to prepare and fulfil the branding work you request.

Please review spelling, artwork and packaging details in the final proof or confirmation before approving production.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a confirmed order. The options depend on the stage of preparation and the terms in your order confirmation; applicable consumer rights continue to apply.

If something is wrong with an order, contact us with your order reference and details so we can review it with you.
